Combining the fresh, vibrant flavour of locally foraged wild garlic with the rich, nutty character of peanuts, this rustic pesto celebrates the wonderful ingredients growing in the Welsh countryside. Perfect stirred through pasta, in marinades or even try it mixed through mashed potato.
