Rich, indulgent and bursting with flavour, our Fruity Jalapeno Black Garlic Ketchup is our classic Black Garlic Ketchup with a tangy, fruity jalapeno twist. A deliciously thick, sticky and gloriously gloopy condiment. It’s a far cry from your everyday ketchup, bringing a little something extra to every plate. Made with our signature homemade black garlic which is fermented over 12 days in-house at 73 degrees, the black garlic develops a wonderfully rich, sweet and savoury character.
Perfect for dipping chips, smothering on burgers, glazing meats or adding a flavour-packed twist to sandwiches and wraps, a generous dollop goes a long way, making this a fridge essential.
