Made with our signature homemade black garlic which is fermented over 12 days at 73 degrees, the black garlic develops a wonderfully rich, sweet and savoury character that makes for a deliciously indulgent dipping sauce. Similar in flavour to our classic black garlic ketchup, this offers all the much-loved flavour, in a more runny consistency.
