We make our signature black garlic in-house by fermenting garlic bulbs over 12 days at 72 degrees to transform ordinary garlic into something truly special. The fermentation process develops a wonderfully rich, mellow flavour with deliciously sweet, savoury and subtly balsamic notes, creating a depth of flavour that fresh garlic simply can’t replicate.
