Fantastic on a good joint of Beef. Rub on to marinade overnight or before roasting a joint with some good marbling to the meat or fat and baste throughout as usual. In the slow cooker, pop some onions in the bottom, marinaded joint on top and some water and leave it alone for 6-8 hours. Use the stock left over to make a BBQ sauce but if your recipe calls for Worcestershire sauce or liquid smoke, leave it out, you won’t need it in my taste buds opinion 😉
Buying another soon for more foodie experiments 😊

I tried this on some chicken thighs, great result! None of the flavours overpowered the others and the result was appreciated by everyone.
The black garlic provided an “umami” sweetness and the chipotle a hint of heat.
Great products recommended to all.
