Suzie went out and picked all the apples and most of the other fruit for our fruit leathers from friends orchards and fruit trees, we then process them, adding other fruit, mostly foraged. We air dry them to create a delicious and healthy sugar and preservative free sweet, and we can guarantee only fresh fruit is used
