Description

This jerky is made with our own Black Draig Ddu Dipping Sauce and cold smoked salmon, Draig Ddu is Welsh for Black Dragon, the sauce is a sticky dipping sauce made with balsamic vinegar, black garlic and lime juice, we make the black garlic ourselves which takes 12 days to ferment from start to finish.
