We make our own Satay Sauce marinade to create a mild and flavourful savoury snack.

We wanted snacks with texture and dried tofu is perfect if your looking for a snack that’s chewy with a long lasting flavour, we marinade it for up to 24 hours before naturally air drying it, if the recipe calls for a smoky flavour we use a cold smoker to get that flavour, we use locally sourced / foraged produce when ever we can, we hope you like it
