This was a sleeper! Not one I was really interested in based on the name but the horseradish is quite mild (not to the point you are breathing through your nose to avoid the taste!)
Great beefy almost bovril esque initial taste that transformers into a slightly sharp/sweet flavour. What can I say? Unexpected but Martin is a master of taste combinations.
