Description
This is one of the oldest recipes Ive been able to find, its a copy of the jerky made and eaten on the Lewis and Clark Expedition of 1804 to map the Louisiana Purchase, sea salt, cracked pepper, a pinch of Cayenne Pepper before being smoked over oak

Have always been a huge fan of this jerky since trying it years ago. Definitely recommend it for fellow hikers and such. Full of amazing flavour and a long chew that lasts.
