We’ve used Kale, Rainbow Chard and Spinach grown by Gary at Golden Grove Organics, its sauteed with with black garlic before being airdried and powdered, its delicious added to Sushi Rice, sprinkled on Sushi, its also great sprinkled on salads, in fact, anything you can think off it can be used on including smoothies etc
