5 Week Fermented Garlic

We ferment this garlic ourselves, we take a longer time to make it and do it at a slightly lower temperature, the reason being its easier to cook with, it breaks down in sauces way better than the Black garlic which has a bit liquorice texture, we use it more for the sauces, chutneys and to cook with, it imparts a delicious flavour. In the fridge a bulb will last for months
